By creating an account, browsing, or using LovelleDate ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register or use LovelleDate. By registering, you warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony or sexual offense and are legally entitled to enter into contracts.
3. Account Responsibility & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
VIP Subscriptions automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via Account Settings. All fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable local law.
5. Termination & Content Removal
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Community Guidelines or Anti-Scam Policy without prior notice.
